Youth Ministry

The Glasgow Bible Church Youth Ministry is an exciting part of the total church experience. Because our church is small, the youth have the opportunity to lead in: music, preaching, discipleship, teaching, sound room and many other areas.

Britt Jeffries is our Youth Pastor at Glasgow Bible Church. He is a native of south central Kentucky. He lives in Edmonton at the present and graduated from Lindsey Wilson College, Columbia, Ky, in May of 2011.

He holds a B.A. in Christian Ministries and has five years of experience in youth ministry. Britt is easy to get to know and will be a blessing to you in the Youth Ministry.

Britt along with the Youth Committee made up of the Chairperson, an Elder and at least two young people, do the major part of the calendar planning for the youth ministry.

Lock-ins, Youth Nights, Retreats, Summer Camp and many other activities are organized and supported by the church.

Youth Sunday School at 9 am, Youth Contemporary Praise at 6 pm and Bible Study at 6:45 pm on Sundays are the highlight of every week. Wednesday evening is a special time of recreation in the gymnasium, on the volley ball court or a trip to a local park or bowling alley.

Fellowship through service

The Glasgow Bible Church Youth have annual fund raisers for Summer Camp. On this day, a car wash and lunch stand were manned by the youth at a local grocery store.
